LANOTEC Heavy Duty Liquid Lanolin is a professional-grade, multifunctional maintenance solution that penetrates, lubricates, helps prevent seizure and protects against corrosion. Designed for exposed machinery, electrical equipment, pneumatic components, chains, cables, threaded assemblies and stored assets, it replaces multiple maintenance products with one highly versatile solution.
HD flows into threads, joints and difficult-to-reach areas before leaving behind a soft, water-repellent lanolin film. Unlike coatings that harden, crack or peel, the protective layer remains pliable and can migrate across minor scratches to help restore surface coverage. It resists moisture, salt, acidic contaminants and repeated wash-off for longer-lasting protection.
Use HD on hinges, chains, fasteners, sliding mechanisms, battery terminals, connectors, junction boxes, compatible seals, hoses and pneumatic valves. Once fully dried, the residual film is non-conductive and tested to 70 kV, while its lubricating and sealing properties can help reduce valve sticking, internal air leakage and condensation corrosion.
HD is supported by NSF H1 registration, HACCP accreditation, NZFSA C12 approval, Halal certification and Global GreenTag certification. After the delivery carrier evaporates, the lasting protective film is predominantly derived from renewable lanolin, helping reduce repeated application, simplify maintenance inventories, extend equipment life and lower dependence on wholly petrochemical residual coatings.
