Reapplication depends on salt and water exposure, operating intensity and maintenance conditions. Inspect treated surfaces during routine maintenance and reapply when protection has been compromised or after frequent washdown or demanding use.
MGX combines penetrating action, lubrication, anti-seize performance and corrosion protection in one marine-grade formulation. Developed for equipment exposed to salt, moisture and outdoor conditions, it helps keep moving components operating smoothly while protecting metal against corrosion and seizure.
MGX penetrates into joints, threads and difficult areas before leaving behind a pliable, water-repellent lanolin film. The protective layer resists wash-off and remains flexible, allowing it to migrate across minor scratches and help restore coverage instead of drying, cracking or peeling.
Use MGX on winches, shackles, linkages, steering components, outboard brackets, trailer fittings and recovery equipment. It can also protect battery terminals and electrical connectors exposed to salt and moisture. MGX is safe on compatible rubber, plastic, vinyl and leather, and its residual film is non-conductive up to 70 kV once properly applied.
