Inspect the wire rope for damage and remove dirt or foreign debris where practical.
2️⃣ 使用前充分摇匀或搅拌
确保产品充分混合；低温环境下可能需要额外搅拌。
Shake or stir thoroughly before use. Extra agitation may be required in colder conditions.
3️⃣ 均匀涂抹于钢丝绳或链条
可根据设备及施工条件采用喷涂、浸涂或刷涂方式。
Apply evenly to the wire rope or chain by spraying, dipping or brushing as appropriate.
4️⃣ 让润滑剂渗入钢丝绳内部
涂抹足量产品至钢丝绳绳谷，使润滑剂充分渗透并覆盖钢丝。
Apply sufficient product to fill the rope valleys, allowing the lubricant to penetrate into the rope.
5️⃣ 检查覆盖范围
利用产品的蜂蜜色确认涂层覆盖情况，并根据需要擦去多余产品。
Use the honey colour to check coverage and wipe away excess product if required.
6️⃣ 定期检查并重新涂抹
根据设备使用情况及维护周期定期检查；高负载或严苛环境下应适时重新涂抹。
