LANOTEC General Purpose Liquid Lanolin combines a penetrant, light-duty lubricant, corrosion protector and material rejuvenator in one versatile product. It helps loosen stiff or lightly rusted parts, reduce friction, protect metal against moisture and corrosion, and condition rubber, plastic, vinyl and leather—simplifying everyday maintenance without the need for several separate sprays.

GP uses an evaporative carrier to draw natural lanolin deep into threads, joints, gaps and surface irregularities. After approximately one hour, the carrier evaporates and leaves behind a thin, pliable lanolin film that adheres to the surface, resists wash-off and forms a self-healing barrier against moisture and corrosion.

Use GP on hinges, locks, rollers, sliding tracks, tools, bicycles, garden equipment, machinery components, stored spare parts, electrical terminals and mixed-material assemblies. It is the practical middle ground between a basic consumer spray and a specialised heavy-duty lubricant—ideal for household, property, workshop and light-industrial maintenance.

Note: It is not intended to replace OEM-specified bearing grease, hydraulic fluid, gear oil or other enclosed-system lubricants.

Rather than relying entirely on petroleum-derived materials for lasting lubrication, GP uses a temporary carrier to deliver a renewable, biodegradable lanolin-based protective film recovered as a by-product of wool processing. Its multi-purpose performance can help reduce chemical inventory, repeated application and premature replacement of tools and components.
